Info Session on September Retreat in Kansas City

Are you feeling a tug toward the 2026 DRUUMM Beloved Gathering in Kansas City, but still wondering if this is the right time, the right space, or the right journey for you? Our Conference Planning Team invites you to a one-hour informational session for those who are discerning, curious, concerned, or preparing to attend.

We know that gathering in person asks something of us. Travel, cost, accessibility, health, safety, and the realities of being BIPOC, queer, trans, disabled, immigrant, or holding concerns about being in community in Kansas City and Missouri may raise real questions. We want to name those questions with care, not rush past them. We will share more about the intentions guiding our planning, the community care and safety practices we are developing, accessibility considerations, travel logistics, program themes, and what participants can expect.

Bring your questions, hopes, hesitations, concerns, and wisdom. Whether you are already registered, almost ready, or simply listening for what is possible, this is a space to learn more, offer feedback, and imagine what it might mean to gather in beloved community this September.
