November 2 at 11:00 AM CST "Dia de los Muertos - Building a Living Ofrenda"
San Antonio Gente Engaged in Unitarian Universalism (SAGE), a BIPOC group at First Unitarian Universalist San Antonio, will honor the Mexican tradition of Dia de los Muertos by sharing music and poetry as we build a community altar. This ritual will include moments for members in person to add photos, flowers and food to the altar. Gather your own mementos and follow along in celebrating the lives of our ancestors of blood and spirit for this special service occurring on November 2nd, Dia de los Muertos.
DRUUMM is Unitarian Universalism’s oldest and largest People of Color collective. We are a front door for new people and a spiritual home that enriches our liberal religious tradition.
